Midtown Bake Shop Shipping & Pickup Policy
At Midtown Bake Shop, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products, delivered promptly and efficiently. Please review the below policies for details on how we handle orders.
Products We Ship:
- Coffee
- Granola
- Spices
Products We Do Not Ship (due to their perishable nature) - PICKUP ONLY:
- Cookies
- Breads
- Scones
Order Turn Around Time:
- Coffee, granola, spices - orders will be fulfilled within 3-5 days.
- Cookies, breads, and scones - for orders that are on our weekly menu these orders will be available for pickup on Thursday & Friday. Need your order another day? Please reach out to make special arrangements for pickup. Special orders will have pickup set when making a custom order.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods:
- We offer flat rate shipping through USPS. Shipping cost is $8.95 for any size order.
Pickup Methods:
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order along with instructions on pickup. Reminder, pickup for weekly menu items will be on Thursday or Friday of that week.
Shipping Areas:
- We currently ship anywhere in the United States
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at andrea@midtownbakeshop.net or 785-410-4850. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
